South Central Builders LLC — Residential Carpentry Agreement
Parties: Contractor and Customer identified in the project estimate.
Scope of Work: Contractor will perform the work described in the approved estimate and any attached specifications. Changes should be documented in a written change order.
Price & Payment: The contract price, deposit, progress payments and final payment will be stated in the approved estimate.
Schedule: Start and substantial-completion dates will be stated in the project documents. Delays may occur because of weather, material availability, site conditions or approved changes.
Materials & Workmanship: Materials and workmanship will conform to the agreed specifications and applicable requirements.
Signatures: Customer and Contractor acknowledge the agreed scope, price and terms.
